3.3 Server Owner Responsibilities
If you invite Inasha to your server, you are responsible for:
- Ensuring your server members understand and follow these Terms
- Properly configuring the Bot's permissions and settings
- Monitoring the Bot's use in your server
- Maintaining compliance with Discord's server requirements
4. Moderation Features
Inasha's moderation commands (ban, kick, warn, purge, lock/unlock) are powerful tools that should be used responsibly. By using these features, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for any moderation actions taken using the Bot
- We are not liable for any misuse of moderation features
- Moderation actions are logged by Discord and may be subject to Discord's review
- You should ensure appropriate role permissions are set to prevent unauthorised use

In summary, Inasha collects minimal data necessary for functionality, including:
- Server IDs and basic server information for statistics tracking
- User IDs for command execution and game features

We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime for Inasha, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or server outages
- Discord API limitations or downtime
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
6.2 Support
Support for Inasha is provided on a best-effort basis through our support server. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of issues.
7. Changes to the Bot
We reserve the right to:
- Add, modify, or remove features at any time
- Change command names, syntax, or functionality
- Update the Bot's behavior and responses
- Discontinue the Bot entirely with reasonable notice

You may stop using Inasha at any time by removing the Bot from your server.

- Terminate or suspend access to Inasha for any server or user

- Remove the Bot from servers without notice in cases of abuse or violation
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Inasha is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or availability
- Warranties that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or server access
- Our total liability shall not exceed $0 (zero dollars)
- You use Inasha at your own risk
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inasha's developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Bot
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
- Your violation of Discord's Terms of Service

- Create derivative works based on Inasha
- Use the Bot's name, logo, or branding without permission

Inasha operates on Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:
- The "Last Updated" date will be revised
- Significant changes will be announced in our support server
- Continued use of Inasha constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

15. Governing Law
